The IWD theme for 2022 is #breakthebias. This call to action challenges us to imagine a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. 

We've partnered with some of our favourite brands to empower young women and address the biases they face. When you support these female-led companies, they generously donate to One Girl Can. Our programs help girls in Kenya gain scholarships, mentorship and training to achieve independence and #breakthebias in their communities.
