Mukumu

We partnered with Mukumu Girls’ School in 2019 which is our biggest school yet with 1,700 girls enrolled. Mukumu Girls’ is one of the top performing schools in Kenya’s Western region.

BACKGROUND

We partnered with Mukumu School in 2019 and is our biggest school yet with 1,700 girls enrolled. On our first visit to the school, the attendance at our workshop was overwhelming and the energy was so inspiring.

Located in Kakamega County in Western Kenya, their motto is “One heart, one mind, determined to excel."

In the inaugural year of our partnership, Mukumu had 17 scholarship winners with ambitions to be doctors, engineers, accountants, and more.
