We began our partnership with Nembu Girls’ School in 2016. Though with good infrastructure, the school is still in dire need of an extra dormitory to hold the growing population.
BACKGROUND
Our partnership with Nembu Girls Secondary School, located in the peri-urban areas of Dagoretti, a sub-county of Nairobi, began with one scholarship in 2016.
After 4 years, we’ve awarded 100 scholarships to the promising, hardworking girls.
Though there is good infrastructure, the school is still in need of an extra dormitory to hold the growing population. We plan to build a new two-story dormitory to house over 300 students.
